Azrsim took to their Discord Server to announce their upcoming projects for this year. In total, four sceneries were announced to be in development by Azrsim for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and X-Plane 12. The developer wishes to mainly cover South America and Europe this year, according to community preferences. The new sceneries coming by Azrsim are Jeddah Airport (OEJN), Rio-Galeao Airport (SBGL), Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (LFPG), and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (EHAM).

Azrsim has been developing these four new sceneries in the background for a while, stating that Paris Charles de Gaulle is a priority for MSFS 2024. At this time, the developer has only released a small video teaser of the Jeddah Airport Scenery, showing one of the models created for an airport building. The rest of the announced sceneries have yet to see any teaser or update.

Alongside the announcement of these major sceneries, the developer shared the news of the termination of sales of their products via the ORBX Store. Azrsim cited “major delays” of the storefront as a reason for the suspension. The developer invites their ORBX Store customers to migrate their Azrsim products to their store. Instructions are provided here.

In relation to their future releases, Azrsim assured that the announced and future projects are no longer going to be released via ORBX Store. All their present and future products are still supported via other platforms where the developer is present. The developer also confirmed updates and improvements to existing sceneries are on the way.
