With all the releases for Microsoft Flight Simulator, it might look like developers have forgotten about other platforms. Boundless has today, however, proved us wrong with their release of Birmingham Airport (EGBB) for X-Plane 11.
First announced back in early July, the scenery features full PBR ground textures and buildings, accurate ground markings, additional water puddles, custom vegetation around the airport, animated monorail, or partial interior modelling, for example. As usual, the complete feature list can be found below.
The scenery can be purchased for โฌ18 excluding VAT through SimMarket.
Birmingham Airport (EGBB) is an international airport serving the city of Birmingham, England. The biggest operators at the airport are Jet2.com, TUI Airways, and Ryanair serving flights throughout Europe. However, long-haul flights to the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, North America, and the Caribbean are also operated from the airport. Annually, over 12 million passengers visit the airport.
