Burning Blue Designs Releases Sibson Aerodrome for MSFS

Scenery developer Burning Blue Designs recently announced the release of a new scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the Sibson Aerodrome (EGSP). The announcement was released on the Microsoft Flight Simulator forums. This is one of many airfield sceneries created by Burning Blue Designs with another being for example the Farnborough airport scenery for MSFS.

The Sibson Aerodrome, located in Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom, is a small British airfield. It features a grass runway and thus is popular mainly with leisure and trainee pilots. It was established in 1930 as the “Peterborough and District Aero Club,” but during the Second World War, it was used as a RAF training airport and served an important role in the war.

The Sibson Aerodrome scenery provides numerous notable features. Among these features are over 100 custom 3D objects, each having fully physically based rendered textures. The scenery also includes up-to-date runway and taxiway layouts, with high-resolution ground textures as well as detailed interiors of the Café and hangars, which feature animated doors. Additionally, the airport includes full night lighting and dynamic weather compatibility making the airport suitable for any situation.
