Carenado, a well-known developer on the flight simulation scene, has recently used their Facebook page to share a single screenshot of M20R in the upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator. There was no information shared in that post.
Not even an hour after that, a post clarifying everything has been published. It has been made clear, that the first two aircraft that will be coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator from the Carenado studio are CT182T Skylane and M20R Ovation, and that they will be ready soon. No exact release date has been shared. The same goes for pricing details and if there is going to be an upgrade fee available.
