CLI4D Releases Geirangerfjord Scenery For MSFS2024

CLI4D Designs, a Microsoft Flight Simulator scenery developer known for past releases such as Lukla Airport for MSFS2020, has recently released a new scenery for MSFS2024. The Geiranger Fjord, situated in the Sunnmรธre region of Mรธre og Romsdal county, Norway, offers unique views that flight simulation enthusiasts will enjoy with this release.

Where Is It Located?

A fjord is a long, narrow sea inlet with steep sides or cliffs, created by a glacier. Norway is one of the places where fjords are most abundant, having around 1,200 fjords along the country. The Geiranger Fjord, where this scenery is located, lies entirely within the Stranda Municipality and extends 15 kilometers (9.5 miles) as a branch off the Sunnylvsfjorden, which is a branch of the Storfjorden (Great Fjord).

As a result of being surrounded by one of the steepest mountains on Norway’s west coast, the fjord is very narrow, with no habitable shore area. The precipitous heights rise almost vertically from the water, with rugged strata and foaming waterfalls cascading from jagged peaks, showcasing stunning views that flight simulation enthusiasts will not want to miss.
