Digital Design previews Salzburg (MSFS)

Digital Design have previously announced Salzburg for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They shared more previews of their first scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator today.

Salzburg Airport was previously developed for Prepar3D as well. The scenery is not a simple conversion, one of the developers says in a comment, but rather an improvement of what we had in P3D. All the objects and textures are improved and have a higher resolution than in P3D. Some objects are also made from the ground up.

Salzburg Airport serves the fourth-largest city in the country. The airport has been growing in recent years. Many European airlines serve the airport. Both leisure and business fly to Salzburg from other European cities.

In total, Digital Design published three series of pictures covering the airport, its surroundings and the city respectively. You can find a selection of each of these series in that order as well below.

No information is currently known about a release. We don’t know what features will be included either. We’ll keep you up to date when more information about this scenery becomes available.
