DominicDesignTeam Releases Tocumen (MPTO) for MSFS

DominicDesignTeam launches Tocumen International Airport (MPTO) for MSFS 2020 and 2024, bringing Panama City’s Hub of the Americas to life.

Developer DominicDesignTeam has just released its rendition of Tocumen International Airport (MPTO) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. This brings a detailed recreation of Panama City’s main airport, also known as the Hub of the Americas.

Tocumen International Airport is located about 9 nmi east of Panama City, the capital of Panama. It is the hub of Copa Airlines and, due to its strategic location in Central America, is known as the Hub of the Americas. It features routes to North, Central, and South America predominantly by Copa, as well as European routes operated by airlines such as Lufthansa, Air France, and Turkish Airways.

DominicDesignTeam’s rendition of the airport features an accurate recreation of both of Tocumen’s terminals, including interior modelling. Terminal 2’s recently constructed metro line has also been included in the scenery, complete with a moving train car. The airport includes an up-to-date taxiway layout and true-to-life night lighting. The Signature FBO, cargo facilities, Copa maintenance hangar, Aeronaval hangar, as well as all other airport buildings have been modeled.
