FlightFX has released the P180, a high-performance executive turboprop aircraft on February 6th for PC and Xbox for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS). With this aircraft, they aim to deliver a blend of speed, efficiency, and comfort. The P180 brings a unique combination of advanced aerodynamics and luxurious interiors to Microsoft Flight Simulator.ย
Key Features
The P180 features a unique design with forward canards and rear-mounted pusher propellers, which allow for cruise speeds of up to Mach 0.7. With a maximum reachable flight level of 410 (41.000 feet) and a range of over 1,400 nautical miles, it is well-suited for short- to mid-range operations. Despite its compact exterior, the P180 offers a spacious pressurized cabin. The interior includes executive-style seating with optional enhancements such as decorative pillows, meals, and work accessories. The rear-mounted engines reduce cabin noise, and FlightFXโs custom noise-canceling system is set to further enhance the in-flight experience. The cargo area can also be customized with optional items like suitcases, ski equipment, and golf bags, adding more realism for different types of flights.

Detailed Flight Dynamics and Avionics
Developed in collaboration with real-world pilots, the P180 aims to deliver an authentic flight model and advanced avionics. The ProLine 21 avionics suite includes specialized system pages, a custom CAS panel, and dedicated softkey menus. Pilots can choose between Simplified and Advanced Modes for a more rewarding learning curve for both beginners and experienced pilots. The simulated aircraft also brings unique advanced features like custom prop simulation and engine damage modeling.
Ongoing Support
