FlyDesign, a rather small development studio creating sceneries for all major platforms, has today taken to their Facebook Page to announce the release of multiple sceneries for Microsoft Flight Simulator. All four sceneries that have been previously released for other platforms have been today released for the new simulator: Krakow Airport (EPKK), Gdansk Airport (EPGD), Olsztyn-Mazury Airport (EPSY), and Cannes-Mandelieu Airport (LFMD).
The announcement was not expected as the last time FlyDesign has been active on their social networks was back in November 2019, almost a year ago. The sceneries are most-likely ported over from other platforms. This was however not confirmed by the developer.
All the sceneries are carefully crafted, to represent the most realistic look that is possible. All buildings are custom made with custom textures (no FS default buildings).

The sceneries feature hand-placed vegetation, accurately sloped runways, custom 3D lighting or custom textures, for example. It has also been confirmed in the post, that we can expect the sceneries to be updated in the future based on the changes to the real airport.
As with all our previous products, the scenery will be updated free of charge, regardless of the amount of changes found on the actual aerodrome. So you can expect the new terminal expansion in Gdansk, as soon as it will only be finished.

As of right now, the developers are working on an update that should add movable jetways to the Gdansk Airport (EPGD) and Krakow Airport (EPKK) sceneries. This update should be ready within a week or two.
If you want to purchase the scenery, you can do so through the FlyDesign website or SimMarket. Except for the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport (EPSY) scenery which costs €10, all sceneries cost €15. For existing owners of the sceneries for other platforms, there is a 30% discount available. The discount can be gained by sending your license key directly to FlyDesign, or should be automatically granted to you if you purchased the previous products through SimMarket.
