FlyTampa Updates Las Vegas Scenery for MSFS

Released three months ago, FlyTampa has today taken to their Facebook to announce the release of a new update for their scenery of Las Vegas for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Covering not only the McCarran International Airport (KLAS), but the Las Vegas cityscape as well, the new update brings both improvements and additions to the scenery.

The Resorts World Las Vegas hotel was added to the strip, improvements were made to the scenery performance, and textures were improved together with some 3D artefacts. The complete feature list can be found below.

The update can be downloaded either through the in-game Marketplace or by using the FlyTampa Universal Installer. If you want to purchase the scenery, you can do so through the FlyTampa website for a price of $19.99 which is equal to about €16.50.

Las Vegas is perhaps one of the most famous cities in the world, most notably home to some of the biggest casino’s and night clubs in the world. The city is located in Nevada and McCarran International Airport serves the city. The airport offers various domestic flights across the country as well as international flights connecting Vegas to Europe.

Changelog (v1.3)

  • Resorts World Las Vegas added on the strip
  • Further performance improvements over v1.2
  • Texture improvements and replacement of some 3D artefacts
