FSA Announces FSExpo 2025 Registration Dates

 

The Flight Simulation Association, an organization of developers, simmers, and real-world pilots who promote flight simulation, has announced FSExpo 2025 registration dates. FlightSimExpo, one of the world’s largest flight simulation conventions, has welcomed more than 7000 attendees to events since 2018, bringing the flight simulation community together.

FSExpo Attendee Registration Opens December 14

Starting this Saturday at noon Eastern Time (UTC-5), flight simulation enthusiasts will have the opportunity to register for the event. FSExpo 2025’s organizers highlight the importance of registering early, which gives attendees the opportunity to secure the best rates, including hotel, airfare, and car rental discounts.

What Does It Include?

The three-day registration for FlightSimExpo 2025 includes a free drink at Friday’s Welcome Reception, coffee and tea on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and exclusive access to post-event seminar recordings. Additionally, attendees will have access to all seminars, and exhibit hall access will be granted on Saturday and Sunday.

Pricing And Location

FlightSimExpo 2025 will be held from June 27 to 29, 2025, at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI. The organizers state that the first 250 FSA Captains to register can obtain a three-day event pass for $50. Non-member pricing for Friday-Sunday access starts at $80.
