The developer iniBuilds has taken to their Discord to announce a new major international airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator, this time taking us to Southeast Asia and a major cargo hub, Hong Kong International Airport.

According to the Discord post, this is the very first iniBuilds scenery situated in the region. At the moment, not a lot of information has been shared about the scenery. However, we have received a number of previews, showing both the exterior and the interior of the scenery. Discord user PrinceHubert has also disclosed that the scenery is going to come with a Points of Interest pack, which is going to cover the nearby city of Hong Kong. This pack is going to be completely free.

In the previews, we can notice numerous details, including the Cathay catering vehicles, the terminal dynamic lighting at dusk, jetway models and the terminal interior. Some parts of the POI pack have been shown as well, and we can see part of the city’s skyline in the background.

At the moment, iniBuilds Hong Kong remains quite the big unknown. However, with iniBuilds’ development scheme, we might expect more information soon, with a possible video trailer and release in the near future. You can also read more about iniBuilds in one of our articles here.
