The developer JustSim has, after a long while, broken the silence and shown us a new scenery the team has been working on. The developer has shared previews of their upcoming rendition of Dusseldorf Airport on Facebook, mentioning that it is so far their most ambitious project.

There is not much more information written about the scenery, apart from it being the developer’s most ambitious project. The JustSim team has nicknamed it Dusseldorf Airport NG Series, and it should bring the airport on par with their NG version of Nice for Microsoft Flight Simulator, of which you can read our review here. This, however, is looking to go even further, according to the screenshots.

There are more than forty images we can look at in the Facebook post, and we can notice many details during the night, as well as during the day at this Dusseldorf Airport in development. There are individual lighting sources modelled, a highly detailed airside and landside with a lot of ground clutter, like people, cars, signage and much more. The terminal interior is also visible and seems to be filled with airport signage, light sources, seating areas, and other things you would normally find at an airport.

So far, there hasn’t been more information shared about this upcoming scenery. However, it could be released soon. You can also read about the developer’s work on the release of Nice for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 from last year.
