Following the release of Dresden and Malta for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the developer has today released their rendition of Heraklion (LGIR) for the same platform. This way, the developer makes sure that all their sceneries are available for each simulator as their Heraklion is available for Prepar3D, as well as X-Plane 11.

Heraklion Airport is the primary airport of Heraklion Island, Greece. The airport serves as a civil airport and as a military base as well. It has destinations across entire Europe, such as Berlin, Vienna, Bucharest, Corfu, Moscow, Rome or even Tel Aviv.

The developer has not included the feature list on the Simmarket product page, therefore, we can only guess what features have the developer included. JustSim has always included PBR textures in their sceneries, so this airport can’t be an exception. In the scenery, there’s also surrounding area included, with custom autogen and static vehicles around the airport.

The scenery can be bought through the Simmarket store for €21.12.

My aviation enthusiasm started back in March 2016 and since then I fly almost every day when I have time. I always like to discover new places or new things. The vehicles or any kind of technical things always fascinated me. As I was younger, I was also a journalist in a school magazine, so when I got an opportunity to write articles about my favorite hobby, I immediately jumped in.
