Microsoft Flight Simulator Development Update – May 14th

The developers of new Microsoft Flight Simulator – Asobo Studio has shared another development update on yesterday’s late evening. The update talks about a release of new aircraft together with the new Alpha build.

As usual, the development update has been shared through the Microsoft Flight Simulator website. The very first thing that you’ll see is a screenshot of Boeing 747-8i, this is the aircraft released for the alpha testers, there are still some issues with the aircraft, the developer says, but that’s why is the simulator in alpha. The new alpha build has been released as well and covers the stability issues together with camera and ATC issues, etc. The developer also sends more alpha invitations today. Also, the developers are focusing on developing the SDK, and it is getting more mature as they improve it based on the feedback they got for the recent weeks. Asobo Studio is by this day in contact with more than 200 companies and more than 400 developers, who have access to the SDK. We should know what’s coming as 3rd party add-ons in upcoming months.
