RotateSim has today shared a development update regarding their upcoming MD-11. The project was first announced in 2017 and is the second project of the team, after the MD-80 which is until today one of the highest quality aircraft for X-Plane 11.
The MD-11 will come with a passenger and a cargo version and will be study level on release. In today’s development update, we learned that a lot of progress has been made on the flight model and sytems programming. The aircraft will start flying in-sim soon for the first tests. In the screenshots, the landing gear is showcased. The team says that it “received a lot of dedication lately.”
