Aircraft developer Supercritical Simulations Group has released a Facebook post today detailing a new update for their 747-8 for X-Plane 11.
The update includes many bug fixes and improvements, most notably improved flight dynamics and wing flex, VR improvements, and LNAV crosswind behaviour improvements. The update will not include any new features.
The 747-8 by Supercritical Simulations incudes both the freighter and passenger variant. The update is able to be downloaded for free by existing customers on the X-Plane.org store. You are able to purchase the 747 for €50 here. (On sale at the time of this article)
The 747-8 is an improvement to previous 747 models, and replaced older technology with newer technology, most notably new systems and more efficient and quieter engines. The 747-8 is available in a freighter or intercontinental passenger version, operators include Lufthansa, UPS, Korean Air, Cargolux, and more.
