Stairport Sceneries has taken to social media and to the Aerosoft forums to announce the Norway-based Alta Airport (ENAT) release and preview Perranporth Airfield (EGTP), both for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Alta Airport features highly detailed modeling of the airport buildings and terminal based on real-life photos and includes interior modeling too. Also includes realistic night lighting, custom approach and runway lighting, and custom static aircraft.
A special feature of Alta Airport is the seasonal variations, which includes 3D snow and works in combination with the terrain mesh to produce impressive atmospheric conditions.
The developers have provided preview screenshots of Perranporth Airfield, based in Cornwall, to show of the quality of the modeling and just what can be expected once this addon is ready for release.
Alta Airport is available from Aerosoft, priced at EUR 14.48 (excl taxes).
