Stairport Scenreries have taken to social media to preview their work in progress of Great Moncton Airport (CYQM) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
At the moment, the developers have only posted screenshots, with no other details given. However, they do state that they hope to put it online by next week.
What the screenshots do show, however, is the detail modelled into the rendition of this Canadian airport. From the GA hanger, to the FedEx facility, the building are created with a high attention to detail.
Greater Moncton Airport, or to give it its full name, Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport, is classed as an airport of entry by Nav Canada. It is located near the city of Dieppe, just over 7km from Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. The airport is home to Moncton Flight College, Canada’s largest flight school.
I have been an avid aviation enthusiast for about eight years since I first started using FSX. Apart from flying in the sims (now X-Plane 11 and MSFS) I enjoy reading about aviation through the many periodicals and books available. I live in South Yorkshire in the northern half of the UK.
