TorqueSim, a well-known X-Plane 11 aircraft developer, has today taken to their official blog to announce the development of Cirrus SR20 for X-Plane 11. At first, you may think it’s just a simple modification of their current SR22 Series, but that is not true. TorqueSim has spent thousands of hours of work to develop this aircraft to the highest quality.
The aircraft is not only developed in cooperation with real-life pilots, but it also features a fully custom Continental IO-360-ES engine with its proper behavior and quirks. The 3D model has been revamped thoroughly.
As with the SR22 Series, the aircraft is designed to work perfectly with the RealSimGear G1000 and Cirrus Perspective Hardware as well as features enhanced G1000 systems. The complete feature list can be found below.
The aircraft is scheduled to be released in just a few short weeks. There will be a discount available for existing SR22 Series owners. The exact release date and pricing details are unknown.
