Verticalsim Release Freeware KFFA Airport for X-Plane 11

After releasing Microsoft Flight Simulator version of the scenery just a week ago, Verticalsim has taken to their social networks to announce the release of Kittyhawk First-Flight Airport (KFFA) scenery for X-Plane 11. As well as the Microsoft Flight Simulator version, the scenery was released as a freeware.

The scenery features aerial imagery, PBR reflections on taxiway and runway, and all spawn points available. The complete feature list can be found below. It is unclear whether the scenery is a direct port from Microsoft Flight Simulator, of if the objects were customized.

The scenery can be downloaded through the X-Plane.org Forums. An account is required in order to download the scenery.

It was eventually the site of the first heavier-than-air powered aircraft flight in December 1903. For this reason, the airport is also called First Flight Airport.
