Whiskey Jet Simulations have taken earlier today to their Facebook page to share a new set of previews showcasing their rendition of an Airbus A220 for Microsoft Flight Simulator that was first teased back in October 2020.
While all previous previews were showcasing the aircraft during the daytime, today, it’s the opposite and we can finally see what the plane looks like at night. It was said, that we should keep in mind though, that there are some details missing on the screenshots, and that it is still very much a work in progress.
There are also plans to release the A220 on FSX, and Prepar3D, in the not too distant future. That being said, no release date has been given as to when the A220 will be available.
The A220 is a small single-aisle jet airliner, built, of course, by Airbus. It can carry up to 150 passengers. These aircraft are built for efficiency, with modern avionics, and powered by twin Pratt & Whitney PurePower PW1500G geared turbofan engines.
