On the 18th of April 2025, an announcement was made by WINWING on their social media page regarding sales to United States users via their global website. Customers of WINWING based in the United States will not be able to make orders from their global website starting April 23, 2025, at 16:00 UTC. WINWING addressed the reasons for this decision in the same social media post. The company did offer solutions for U.S. customers to keep buying their products.

WINWING took this decision due to the new U.S tariff policy that will take effect on May 3rd, 2025. After evaluating this new situation, they decided to suspend orders from their global website to U.S.-based customers.

The company is still committed to bringing high-quality hardware equipment with the utmost service to any customer worldwide. They are working on enhancing the shopping experience and protecting customers’ interests. That’s why WINWING offered a solution to United States users on how they can keep buying their products. A website for the continental United States region is available for its customers. That way, the service will be unaffected by this new issue and continue to offer its service for this region.
