X-Crafts have updated their E-Jets family to version 2.1.0, bringing a fully functional weather radar alongside several other fixes and improvements to the E-Jets. A future development roadmap was also shared by the developers.
X-Crafts E-Jets v2.1.0 Update
With v2.1.0, X-Crafts has now implemented a fully functional weather radar on the MFD and PFD. This includes real precipitation data, helping you to plan ahead when flying. However, the weather radar is only functional with X-Plane v12.3.0. HSI also now supports a full compass, arc and new optional WX modes along with a new option to hide the missed approach in the MAP dropdown.

The other minor fixes and improvements include all EFB crashes now fixed, cabin lighting can no longer be seen through the fuselage, and the Flight Director will now pitch smoother after takeoff. This update also brings compatibility with the X-Plane 12.3.0 update.
Development Roadmap
According to their development roadmap, X-Crafts still has one more update coming for 2025. This update is a complete overhaul of the ERJ family for X-Plane 12. The aim for the 2.0 update is to make the ERJ family the best ERJ product created for flight simulation. It will include many features that will surpass the E-Jets lineup.
Aiming for 2026 in either Q1 or Q2, X-Crafts aims to bring the 3.0 update to the E-Jets lineup. This update is the next generation of their E-Jets that will bring many new features. This includes a custom autopilot, holds, improved cockpit and cabin textures, better systems, improved animations and many more. The E-Freighters are also scheduled for a release at the same time as the 3.0 update.

The X-Crafts E-Jets update v2.1.0 is available to download now for existing owners via the SkunkCrafts updater or by redownloading from the X-Crafts Store. To read more about previous updates and releases from X-Crafts, read here on FSNews.
