Verticalsim, a prominent multi-platform scenery developer, has today came to their social networks to announce the release of their rendition of Norfolk International Airport (KORF) for the Microsoft Flight Simulator.
First announced just four days ago, the scenery features most current airport layout, HDR lighting, or proper PAPI light positioning and taxi-pathing. Further, the developer has promised free updates to the scenery in the future when the airport changes.
We can expect an update to come to the scenery when the simulator SDK allows developers to feature custom jetways in their sceneries, for example. When can we expect that update to arrive is unknown.
There is a 10% discount available for existing users of other variants of the scenery. Verticalsim has explained in the past, that they can’t provide big discounts as there is a lot of work involved in moving the sceneries to the new simulator.

Norfolk Airport (KORF) is a rather small airport serving the city of Norfolk, Virginia, United States. The airport sees routes served by American Airlines, Frontier, Delta, or Allegiant, for example. In 2019, almost 4 million passengers visited the airport.
