Aerosoft Further Previews CRJ for MSFS

Aerosoft’s developer, Hans Hartmann, has recently taken to the Aerosoft Forums to share a new set of previews showcasing the upcoming rendition of Bombardier CRJ700 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This time directly from the simulator and not from a modelling software.

Based on previous posts on the forums made by Mathijs Kok, Aerosoft is “gearing up” for the release. The aircraft is currently in a testing phase with marketing being done and a few more things that need to be fixed prior to the release.

Although Aeorosoft has already released CRJ Professional for Prepar3D, this model has been made from scratch to use the advantages of the new simulator.

The aircraft should be on the same level of detail as the Prepar3D v5 version of the aircraft is. There will be no upgrade fee available to existing owners of the aircraft, however, the price will be modest as the Microsoft Flight Simulator market is simply bigger.

No exact release date or pricing details were shared within the post. If you want to learn more about the texturing work on the aircraft, we recommend you to read our previous article covering texture development on the aircraft and how Aerosoft uses the advantage of decals.
