Aerosoft has today taken to their social networks to announce the release of their rendition of Cologne/Bonn Airport (EDDK) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The development of the scenery was first mentioned in late September 2020 through their forums mentioning, that the scenery is not far from release.
The release date has been announced just yesterday through the Aerosoft Facebook page when the scenery trailer has been shared.
Based on the product page available on the official website, the scenery features, for example, accurate terrain profile, customized jetways, custom taxiway signage, photorealistic textures, or accurate airport layout. Furthermore, aerial imagery covering the airport and the close vicinity is present in the scenery together with the terminal interior modelled. As usual, the complete feature list can be found below.

The scenery can be purchased through the Aerosoft website for €15 excluding VAT.
It is unclear whether the scenery has been ported over from Prepar3D or has been developed from scratch. There is no discount available for existing owners of other variants of the scenery.
