Aerosoft Releases Düsseldorf Airport for MSFS 2024

The Aerosoft team has released a new scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, this time taking us to Germany, to Düsseldorf. The scenery is now available for everyone to purchase.

This new scenery of Düsseldorf is developed by Jo Erlend and Lukas Veziroglou, who are the creators of the company’s famous Frankfurt Airport and Oslo Gardermoen sceneries. The team promises to deliver this airport in an incredible level of detail.

This scenery of Düsseldorf Airport includes a variety of modern features, including an up-to-date layout, which has been taken from the state of the real airport in April 2025. There is a custom terrain mesh, ensuring correct elevation of the airport and surrounding area, together with precise runway profiles. All of that is covered in highly detailed texture sets.

The scenery is full of detailed and accurate models of buildings and facilities, with custom jetway models and a dynamic, living airport environment all around it. The city landmarks are also included in this release, and the vicinity of the airport includes custom ICE train traffic, apron vehicle traffic and animated passengers roaming around in the interior.

Smaller details include custom taxiway signage and AI-ready stands with airline parking codes. This scenery also fully utilizes the popular Aerosoft VDGS.

The scenery can be purchased via the Aerosoft Store for €16.75. This price excludes your local value-added tax. You can also check out the recent release of Aerosoft CRJ v2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
