Aerosoft Releases Milan Malpensa for MSFS

The Aerosoft team has released a new scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator, releasing the largest airport in northern Italy, Milan Malpensa Airport (LIMC). The scenery is now available for everyone to purchase.

Milan Malpensa is the largest international airport in Lombardy, located near Italy’s fashion capital, Milan. The region is known for its distinct culture. The area of the airport started seeing the first aviation activity as far back as the 1910s. The airport was then officially opened in the 1920s and was later invaded by Germans during World War II.

Once the airport was restored, it started its commercial operation in 1948, and two years later, the airport was connected with the United States and Trans World Airlines, which used Lockheed Constellations for flights to what is now New York JFK.
