The developer Aerosoft has announced the release of the recently revealed Stuttgart Airfields for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The release of this scenery bundle occurred just a few days ago.
The Stuttgart scenery bundle has been released in three total packages. You can either buy the main international airport and the minor airfields on their own, or get them all in a big bundle. The whole package contains Stuttgart International Airport (EDDS), Pattonville (EDTQ), Hahnweide (EDST), Wächtersberg (EDSV), Esslingen-Jägerhaus (EDZT) and Deckenpfronn (ED41).

The airfields are recreated using custom orthoimagery with custom terrain mesh for each airfield, and have been recreated using real-life reference images. There are also animated people across the airfields. Speaking of animations, there are custom animated windsocks and other custom, clutter objects like gliders, trailers, caravans and more.

The main airport, Stuttgart International (EDDS), is a highly detailed rendition of the hub, with accurate airport layout as of March 2026, with surrounding custom aerial imagery and custom signage models. The whole airport is covered in highly detailed textures and is supported by accurate models of the airport buildings and other facilities. The Aerosoft VDGS is also supported on this scenery. However, you can use the GSX VDGS as well, and a custom profile has been provided for it.
The whole scenery package can be bought through the Aerosoft store for €25.20. If you would like to purchase the international airport only, available for €18.90, and the sole airfields are available for €8.40.
