Axonos Releases Jackson Hole for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Axonos have taken to their Facebook page to announce the release of their Jackson Hole Airport (KJAC) rendition for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

This charming rendition of Jackson Hole is modelled true to the airport. The terminal as well as the other buildings within the airport are PBR textured. The ground textures are detailed with high-quality textures as well as accurate stand and taxiway indications. The airport also has custom night lighting if you fancy landing in the evening. The highlight of the scenery however is the fantastic mountainous terrain and valley that surrounds the airfield.

Jackson Hole Airport is located seven miles (11 km) north of Jackson, Wyoming. This airport is quite exclusive as it is the only airport situated inside a national park. Pilots can enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Grand Teton national park when flying in the range. However, its challenging approaches will also captivate the attention of the flight deck. The airport solely operates domestic routes and can only handle aircraft up to the 757-category due to its short 1,900m runway.
