An X-Plane 11 developer Boundless has shared some further previews of their upcoming rendition of Dublin airport for X-Plane 11. Boundless shared only two previews through their Facebook page, showing the Terminal 2 of the airport.

The first preview shows the front of Terminal 2 during the night. Dublin Terminal 2 is well known for its colourful ambient lights surrounding it, and the developer made a recreation of that as well.

The second preview shows the side of the terminal during the day. The developer, however, hasn’t shared a full detail on this screenshot. There is only a small part of the terminal previewed, with no 3D interior and further detail visible.

Dublin Airport is the largest international airport in Ireland. It serves as the main hub of Irish airlines such as Aer Lingus and Ryanair. It offers a wide variety of flights to or from Europe, North America and Asia. The airport now goes through a major overhaul, with a new tower that was built in 2019. At this moment, there is a new parallel runway (10L/28R) under construction.
