Carenado Further Previews PA-44 Seminole for MSFS

Carenado has today taken to their Facebook page to share a new set of screenshots from the Microsoft Flight Simulator showcasing their upcoming project – PA-44 Seminole. Although the aircraft is available for other platforms for quite a while now, it is unclear whether this will be a direct port of developed from scratch.

The commentary included in the post only said: “Coming soon…“, therefore we do not have any new information about the feature list or pricing details. It was, however, mentioned in the comment section, that Carenado is working on releasing every aircraft from their fleet for the new simulator.

Todays set of screenshots showcases both the aircraft exterior and interior in both daytime and nighttime.

The Seminole is the twin-engine development of the PA-28 Cherokee, it has been produced since 1979. Fitted with two 180hp engines, the aircrafts sports respectable performances. The Seminole is a particularly interesting aircraft and a great trainer due to its design. In fact, the PA-44 was designed so the Minimum Control Speed (VMC, minimum speed at which the aircraft is controllable with one engine inoperative) is only one knot above the stall speed in landing configuration. We expect this addon to be very popular with anyone interesting in learning how to fly a twin-engine aircraft.
