Carenado Updates CT182T for MSFS

Carenado, a long-time flight simulation developer, has today released an update for their Cessna T182T Skylane for the Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Carenado, a long-time flight simulation developer, has today released an update for their Cessna T182T Skylane for the Microsoft Flight Simulator. The aircraft was the first to be sold for the new simulator and has not been updated since the initial release making this its first update.

It is unclear from the announcement what version has the aircraft been update to, but as the changelog was included, it is clear that both fixes and improvements are featured in the update.

The new version features, for example, fixed flood light effects, fixed autopilot activation logic, improved textures and sounds, improved static elements, or fixed autopilot NAV mode in the aircraft. The complete changelog can be found below.

In order to update the aircraft, simply run the simulator and the aircraft should update itself automatically. Carenado calls this “new era“. If you want to purchase the aircraft, the only way of doing so is via the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace for €27.
