Digital Design Releases Liverpool for X-Plane 11

 

Acclaimed scenery developer Digital Design has recently released their latest scenery for X-Plane 11, Liverpool John Lennon Airport (EGGP) which comes after the release of Salzburg airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator earlier this month, as well as Lyon Airport for X-Plane 11 in September this year

Digital Design shared multiple screenshots of the scenery which details the entire airport as well as the surrounding area. The scenery features highly detailed objects, PBR materials, high resolution terrain coverage of the airport and surrounding areas, high resolution ground textures, and more.

The airport is available on simMarket for €20 here. The airport will also soon be available on the X-Plane.org store as well as the Orbx Direct store.

The airport is named after John Lennon, who was a famous singer who was born in Liverpool, the airport serves the city of Liverpool with mainly routes from easyJet and Ryanair. The airport was originally opened in 1993 and was named Speke Airport, the airport was re-named to it’s current name in 2001.
