Drzewiecki Design releases freeware airports (MSFS)

Drzewiecki Design just released three freeware airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They announced that they would do so some time ago. The airports that are covered are small, general aviation fields and were meant for the developer to learn the new SDK and how it works.

The package includes three airports:

  • EPNS – Chrcynno (Nasielsk)
  • EPKU – Konstancin
  • EPKQ – Karczew

These airports are situated around Warsaw, the Polish capital where the company is based. The airports are 100% native to MSFS. They feature PBR building textures and custom runway, taxiway, apron and mesh definitions. Dynamic night lighting is standard for MSFS, and therefore also a feature. You can find the full feature list below.

In related news, Drzewiecki Design announced earlier today that they would be developing a Landmarks package for the Moscow Region. You can read more about that here.

You can download the files here. Just unzip them in the Community folder of your MSFS folder.
