Drzewiecki Design Releases Washington Landmarks for MSFS

Drzewiecki Design, a well-known scenery developer, has today come to their Facebook page to announce the release of their Washington Landmarks scenery for the Microsoft Flight Simulator. Not only does the scenery feature over 1,500 custom landmarks, buildings, bridges, memorials, and other objects, but also four airport enhancements.

Enhanced airports are: KADW Joint Base Andrews, KCGS College Park Airport, KVKX Potomac Airfield, and W32 Washington Executive Airport. Unfortunately, the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (KDCA) is not enhanced within the scenery. There are numerous helipads located around the area.

Airport enhancements were first introduced by the developer in their Moscow Landmarks scenery for the new simulator. What they do is that they enhance the default sceneries with custom models and textures. These enhancements are not intended to replace custom sceneries.

Oval Office in the White House should also be modelled in the scenery.

If you want to purchase the scenery, you can do so via SimMarket for €15 excluding VAT. It should be available later in the Microsoft Marketplace. If you want to get notified about that release, feel free to join our Discord server.
