Flightbeam Studios and Jetstream Designs have announced that they are collaborating to create a “premium scenery product” replicating KPHX – Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Arizona, USA.
Announced via its Discord, Flightbeam states that the project will bring together the high-quality, fast-paced development skills within both studios to see this scenery development come to life.
Although not much information has been shared at this point, and we don’t have an anticipated release date, we hope to see more from them soon on this exciting partnership.
Flightbeam Studios recently won the 2025 Flight Sim Awards – Best MSFS Scenery category, which means the community will be anticipating something special. Phoenix Sky Harbor is a project that Flightbeam have been teasing for over a year now, and the reaction so far, to hearing it’s in active development with a well-known scenery partner, has been very positive.

JetStream Designs is well known for its French and Italian airports for the MSFS series, all of which are premium-level products which gives more confidence in the attention to detail we might expect.
It’s also not the first time that JetStream and Flightbeam have worked together. Toulouse Blagnac for MSFS and P3D has previously been a very popular release that was the fruition of these powerhouses collaborating. Although no confirmation has been given at this time, recent releases have covered both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024, so it wouldn’t be unreasonable to anticipate this release will similarly be for both platforms.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States, and with multiple large terminals, infrastructure, and its status as a key hub for American and Southwest airlines, this promises to be a destination that a lot of simulation enthusiasts will welcome a thorough representation of.
