Flightbeam recently announced that they will not support the X-Plane 11 simulator. By that way, they won’t convert their sceneries to X-Plane 11.

One FlightBeam forum user asked the developer, if they’ll port their KSFO scenery to X-Plane 11. The developers answered that they won’t due to upcoming MSFS20 Simulator, and they won’t convert their any scenery to X-Plane anymore.

This was quite disappointing for the community, as some people think they shouldn’t give up just due to that new simulator is coming, and there are still gonna be people that will fly the older simulators, especially for performance. The only scenery that is available for X-Plane by Flightbeam is their Portland XP, which you can get here.
