FlightSimExpo has released an interactive floorplan and a comprehensive list of exhibitors for the June 27-29 flight sim convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center (Providence, USA). The event brings together flight sim enthusiasts, aviation professionals, developers, and real-world pilots for three days of announcements, workshops, and community activities.
2025 Floorplan and Exhibitor Highlights
The 2025 floorplan features more than 70 exhibitors and over 20 partner organizations, including hardware developers, aircraft and scenery designers, and aviation training providers. There are three dedicated stages for presentations by developers, content creators, pilots, and aeronautical engineers. Workshop areas will offer hands-on demonstrations of cockpit construction, aircraft and scenery design, and interactive online ATC sessions.

New this year is a Media Partner Lounge where attendees can meet Twitch and YouTube streamers. There is also an Exhibitors’ Lounge, providing a quiet space with refreshments and networking opportunities. Exhibitors and sponsors gain exclusive access to the FlightSimExpo Developer Conference on Thursday, June 26 — a day devoted to developers, publishers, and hardware manufacturers sharing ideas and forging collaborations.
Some of the most notable exhibitors at FSExpo include Orbx, WINWING, Thrustmaster, Skalarki, Moza, and PMDG. Other FSExpo partners include TrackIR, SimFab, BlueBird, Aerosoft, Miltech Simulations, and JustFlight.
