The developer Fly2High has released their rendition of Tulsa Airport for both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020.

Located near the city of Tulsa in Oklahoma, the city acquired this airport in 1929 and has served as a national air guard base. During World War II, this airport was used as a maintenance facility for Douglas and Rockwell International. Postwar, the airport was transferred into being a civil-military airport, and during the 1950s, it also served as an Air Force plant to produce the B-47 Stratojet and the Douglas B-66 Destroyer.

Nowadays, the airport serves only for domestic purposes, and no international flights are being operated from this airport. Despite that, the airport still has border checks and customs. Tulsa Airport is mostly used by Southwest Airlines, who operate the most flights from this airport, to destinations such as Austin, Chicago – Midway, Dallas Love Field, Denver, Las Vegas and more. American Eagle is the second largest operator, with flights to Los Angeles, LaGuardia, Phoenix or Washington – National Airport. Annually, the airport serves over 3 million people.

The Fly2High rendition offers a detailed recreation of this airport, with a completely detailed terminal with interior, custom jetways, textures and custom taxiway labels. All of that is surrounded by more than 100 realistic objects, emphasising the unique feel of the airport. During the night, you will be guided around the airport using custom runway, taxiway and ILS lights.

The scenery is now available through the iniBuilds store for approximately €15.07. This price is only an estimate, as you’re going to be charged in British Pounds, and your local value-added tax is not added to this price.
