The team at Fly2High recently posted images of their upcoming release of Muan International Airport on their Facebook page. While only two posts have been shared, featuring several pictures of the new scenery, more detailed posts are expected to be released in the near future.
About Muan International
Opened in November 2007, Muan International Airport is located in Muan County, South Jeolla Province in South Korea. Having replaced Mokpo Airport and possibly replacing Gwangju Airport as well, Muan International services most of the cities of the South Jeolla Province. However, after the crash of a Boeing 737-800 in December 2024, leaving only two survivors, Muan International is currently closed and is expected to remain closed until at least April 2025.

What We Know So Far
Fly2High appears to be striving to add yet another intricately detailed scenery to its already extensive portfolio. Looking at the image below, we glimpse what appears to be the entrance to Muan International, with passengers milling about. If one carefully looks at the image, multiple small details stand out. A few noteworthy details are the sign in the far right corner and the barrier rope in the foreground. If one were to enlarge the image, both would have relatively readable scripts.
Below is another example of Fly2High’s aim for detailed scenery. Looking closely at the paint on this taxiway sign, you can see some rust and cracked, chipping paint.
Last but not least is the final image, which showcases more of the intricate details of Fly2High’s upcoming release of Muan International. Here, we find what looks like the tarmac after recent rain. Note how the water puddles in the lower points and the crisp reflections. Also, the paint color is darker in the wetter spots and lighter where the ground is drier.
Final Thoughts
While the intricate details have yet to be revealed, the images Fly2High has shared thus far give us enough of a teaser regarding their aim to produce scenery that is pleasing to the eye. You can also read more about Fly2High and their recent Canton scenery release here.
