FlyByWire Updates Cockpit in Development Version of A32NX

After the rumours spread about the FlyByWire getting a cockpit revamp, the developer confirmed this fact in the latest Discord announcement. Available in the latest development snapshot, the pilots of Airbus A320 NEO in Microsoft Flight Simulator can now enjoy a new cockpit 3D model.

FlyByWire Discord admin Kiwi mentioned that this comes as a sort of a last surprise before the end of this year and the Christmas holidays. Whilst the improvements weren’t exactly mentioned, it was stated that there are some glaring issues fixed with the aeroplane.

As we can see from the single preview image shared, the cockpit now has much better proportions than the previous versions. The FlyByWire team seems to have corrected the glareshield, front bezel, and overhead.

The cockpit update is available in the development version of the aircraft, which you can access by changing your version in the FlyByWire Installer app.
