FSDT Reveals Walk-In Gates for GSX

FSDreamTeam has revealed a new feature - Walk-in gates for their GSX Level 2 add-on for Prepar3D. Read more here!

FSDreamTeam has recently showcased in their video a new feature that is now available in GSX Level 2 for Prepar3D. The developer revealed walk-in gates, which is a completely new way for people to get on board with the GSX Level 2 add-on.

The walk-in gates feature is going to be mostly used on smaller airports or virtual pilots who enjoy flying low-cost airlines that don’t usually use jetways. This is mainly for gates that are close to the terminal and don’t require bus transport of the passengers.

FSDreamTeam has already updated some of their sceneries to work with this new feature of GSX Level 2. In addition, FSDreamTeam sceneries have an openable gate doors feature, that is working well with this new addition to GSX Level 2.

As with any other aspect of GSX, users can configure this to their liking by editing the AI path or stanchions.

With this update, the developer wanted to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the initial release of GSX. If you’d like to have this feature in your simulator as well, you have to own both GSX and GSX Level 2 for Prepar3D. For all current users, this feature is already available through the FSDT Live Update app.
