It is once again time to wrap up this year’s FSExpo at Providence. Similar to last year’s FSExpo, there was one more announcement on the main stage by the FSExpo staff. Before that, they held a small prize ceremony for some of the exhibitors, voted on by the attendees of FSExpo 2025. After the ceremony, they revealed the initial information about the next FSExpo. This announcement includes the host city and dates.
The Attendee Choice Awards
The FSExpo staff held a small prize ceremony featuring two prizes for the exhibitors at FSExpo 2025. This is the first time they are performing this ceremony at the end of FSExpo. The two categories available are the “Best #FSExpoFriday Announcement” and “Best Exhibit Booth”. Both categories were voted on by the attendees of the event.
The winner of the first award is for who made the best announcement on Friday. It was WINWING that eventually won this prize for the announcement that they made on Friday. The second prize is for who has the best booth on the exposition floor during the event. The winner of this prize was VATSIM.

FSExpo 2026
After the prizes were given, it was time to make the final announcement of this year’s expo. The next FSExpo location was voted on by the attendees and partners of the exposition in a survey. There were six options to choose from based on suggestions from the people. The final location was chosen by the number of votes received in the survey. FSExpo 2026 is going to be held in Minneapolis at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

FSExpo 2026 venue is located 10 minutes away from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. It is located near multiple hotels, and it is in a convention center similar to this year’s expo. It will be held on the weekend of June 12 to 14, 2026.
With this final announcement, we conclude our in-person and online coverage of FSExpo 2025 here at FSNews. You can go back and read all about this year’s expo, including announcements and much more, at our dedicated page for the event.
