FSLabs Shares Feature List and Pricing Details of A321 for MSFS 2020

FSLabs has slowly been sharing more and more information about its upcoming A321ceo’s most interesting features over the past few weeks. Recently, the team launched the A321’s official product page, revealing the full feature list and pricing details for the upcoming aircraft.

FSLabs A321 Features

In a market saturated with A320-family add-ons, FSLabs is determined to stand out by offering not only high-fidelity systems but also a range of niche and previously unseen features. Pilots will have to be prepared to deal with MEL (Minimum Equipment List) items as parts wear over time thanks to the A321’s dynamic failures and aging aircraft systems. These features can cause certain parts of the aircraft like the hydraulics and sensors to fail depending on the aircraft’s simulated age and the way that it’s operated.

As expected, the rest of the systems will be just as detailed. The Fly-By-Wire system’s characteristics and the aircraft’s aerodynamics have been recreated to provide an authentic A321 experience in the sim. The FMS of this aircraft features advanced functions such as route offsets, RTA (Required Time of Arrival), RNP-AR approaches, and more. FSLabs has even gone as far as to make every circuit breaker in the aircraft functional and implemented GPS jamming based on real-world data.

Visuals and Environmental Effects

The FSLabs A321 features highly detailed visuals to go along with the systems. The developer has taken advantage of the latest texturing and modeling techniques available in MSFS to ensure that the aircraft’s look accurately represents the real A321. The dynamic lighting effects in the cockpit make night flying as immersive as possible.

The FSLabs A321 will also feature authentic environmental effects. These include snow and ice accumulation, which, coupled with the custom icing model, could prove to be a real threat should one of the aircraft’s anti-ice systems fail. The A321 will also feature Saint Elmo’s Fire effects on the windshield and dirt accumulation on the fuselage and other surfaces.

Closing Notes

The FSLabs A321ceo will be released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 at a cost of $69.95 USD. An official release date has not been announced yet, however, given the state of the product page, it’s safe to assume that it’s not far off.
