rkApps, a company behind the well-known utility plugin for X-Plane 11, called XPRealistic, adding immersion to the simulator, has recently announced through their newsletter the development of FSRealistic. As you might guess from the title, FSRealistic is, as the developer wrote, spreading XPRealistic awesomeness in the Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Yes, that’s correct! FSRealistic is currently in the making. We make sure to spread XPRealistic awesomeness into MSFS2020 as well.

The application is currently in development. There is not much we know about what will the addon feature, when can we expect it, or what is the pricing going to be like. The only information shared was that it is in development.
XPRealistic adds things like vibrations, camera movement, or enhanced sounds that add to the realism in the simulator. Although it has not been confirmed, we expect similar features to be present at FSRealistic.
