Building on the success of this year’s FlightSimWeekend (FSWeekend), the FlightSimWeekend Foundation has officially opened commercial exhibitor registrations for FSWeekend 2026, to be held at the Aviodrome Aviation Museum in Lelystad. The event is the world’s largest dedicated flight simulation gathering, attracting nearly 5,000 visitors each year. It connects all corners of the community, including developers, hardware makers, networks, and creators. With a new expansion hall, larger booth formats, and even more exhibitors, the 2026 event is set to raise the bar.

Key Partners for 2026

FSWeekend regularly features some of the biggest names in the flight simulation industry. The 2026 lineup is no different, with Navigraph, Honeycomb Aeronautical, and iniBuilds returning with expanded exhibits and exclusive showcases inside the new exhibition zones. Several major new partners are also set to join FSWeekend for the first time, including one of the most notable names in the industry. Further details surrounding exhibitors and partners will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Magnus Lorvik, Senior Accounts & Projects Manager for the FlightSimWeekend Foundation, noted, “We are focusing on exhibits that surprise and engage. The new hall allows us to bring in
cutting-edge hardware, interactive demos and more content that will keep visitors exploring all
weekend
.” This highlights the additional floor space and larger exhibitor footprints, which will provide room for more engaging content, such as full-scale simulator set-ups.

Other Key FSWeekend Events

As FSWeekend continues to grow in both size and scope, the Van der Valk Hotel — which hosts the Captain’s Dinner and its accompanying Flight Sim Awards — will also introduce the inaugural After Dark Party. This will allow attendees, exhibitors, and partners to network and celebrate together in a relaxed atmosphere. During the Captain’s Dinner, the second edition of the awards will take place, recognising outstanding achievements across the flight simulation community. Ticket sales for these events will open to the general public at a later date.

With participants from across the world, FSWeekend unites the global talent that drives flight simulation. The event website continues to be updated as exhibitors are announced. If you’re interested in seeing what happened at this year’s edition, you can read more here.
