The developers at RDPresets and MK-Studios have both recently released their renditions of Girona-Costa Brava Airport (LEGE) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Both were released on the 11th of October. The team at AviationLads has created a trailer to announce the release of the rendition created by RDPresets.
In this article, we will focus on how two different developers portrayed the same airport. Both sceneries feature a high-fidelity replica of the real airport featuring a number of features flight simmers are now able to enjoy. For example, both sceneries feature PBR textures. MK-Studios’ rendition is compatible with Windows and Xbox while the RDPresets one is only available to users on Windows.
Both developers have created ortho imagery for the surroundings of the airport. Furthermore, the user is also able to experience a modelled interior of the terminal in both sceneries. Besides that, the development team at RDPresets has really concentrated on optimizing the performance so the user can undergo a smooth experience.
Girona–Costa Brava Airport is located more or less 12km from the city of Girona. It served more than two million people in 2019. This airport is served daily by a number of the biggest European carriers such as Ryanair, TUI, Transavia, Jet2, and many more.
