Gulfstream 650 Receives New Previews by AKD Studio for X-Plane

The developer AKD Studio has taken to their Twitter page to show off new previews for their latest aircraft in development, the Gulfstream 650. Their latest project follows the previous development and release of the Gulfstream 550 for X-Plane.

AKD Studio has previously released the Gulfstream 550 for X-Plane, which was released back in October of 2022. The developer has been hard at work again making the Gulfstream 650. They began development in November of 2023 which was announced via Twitter. The latest previews show the external model of the aircraft with a lot of detail visible such as the landing gear, the fuselage and the steps.

The developer has shared these previews, all of the external model. The details on each part of the aircraft are visible in each one of these images. The level of detail of the Gulfstream 650 is expected to be similar to their previous aircraft, the Gulfstream 650 for X-Plane. According to the developer, they are also planning to develop the -ER variant.

The studio has previously shown off several previews mainly from the cockpit on their Twitter page. According to the developer, the project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024. These cockpit previews were shared on their Discord server on the 20th of March 2024, showing an untextured model.

The development of this aircraft is still a work in progress. There is still only an estimated release of the second half of 2024. However, you can keep up to date with any further news regarding this project on FSNews.
